AllWest Environmental: Property Condition Assessment Services

A Property Condition Assessment (PCA) informs concerned parties about the existing condition of the civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and landscape components that comprise the property and identify what conditions, if any, should be corrected to improve building systems. ASTM has issued E- 2018-15 to standardize the scope of inquiry. AllWest elevates the PCA standard of care by always utilizing licensed architects and engineers to conduct the assessment. For large complex buildings we will typically retain several sub-consultants to provide in depth opinions on complex building systems and components, such as curtain walls, vertical transport, and MEP/FLS elements.
